Irecha is back!

Wishing a good and sweet new year to all of my readers....

This is one of the doors of the Rumbach St. synagogue... coincidentally (it has just occurred to me as I was typing this) the very first photo posted here on irecha featured the very same building. I have come full circle ;]

"Shaar haShamaim" means "Gate of the Heavens" and is also a name of a Kabbalist yeshiva in Jerusalem (The real thing, not the Madonna media mamma mia whatever *shrug*) and a synagogue in India! (OK, I cheated, the latter is from a last minute google...)

De a képen nem a Vasvári, hanem a Rumbach utcai zsinagóga, csak most esett le nekem is, hogy az irecha legeslegelső fotóján szintén...

"Sáár háSámáim" - a Mennyek Kapuja. Egyébiránt meg egy kabbalista jesiva Jeruzsálemben (most nem Madonnára kell gondolni, hanem komolyabb dolgokra) meg hoppá, szól Google bácsi, egy zsinagóga Indiában!
